01 Acceptance of Terms

• Approved Payment Methods: 897ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. 897ph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 897ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 897ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 897ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

897ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and pending verification of the legitimacy of the balance) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and 897ph's AML obligations.

You may close your 897ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.
